A selection of eDMs were created for Westpac, including a friendly and informal birthday message aimed at fostering a more personal relationship between the bank and its brokers. Additionally, a Milestone eDM was designed to congratulate and reward brokers for their ongoing commitment.
The designs and image selection adhered to brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all communications. The campaign was sent to brokers from Westpac, St George, Bank of Melbourne, and BankSA, effectively strengthening the relationship with each brand’s respective broker network.
